SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

Bookback (BookbackHQ LLC) sends one-to-one SMS messages on behalf of its med spa business clients, exclusively to those businesses' own existing customers. This page describes how consent is collected and honored.

How opt-in consent is collected

Phone numbers are collected directly by the spa from its own clients at the time of booking or service, before any message is sent. Consent is obtained verbally at the front desk or on the spa's intake form. The verbal consent script used by spa staff is:

"What's the best mobile number for you? We'll text you about appointments and updates — you can reply STOP anytime to opt out."

The client's number and consent are recorded in the spa's booking or client-management system at the time of service. Each spa confirms in its agreement with Bookback that the contact list it provides consists solely of its own past clients who provided their mobile number and consent to be contacted.
